Shipping and Delivery Policy

At Seroum Skin, we ship all orders from Spain using trusted carriers. Our goal is for you to receive your Korean skincare routine as quickly and safely as possible.

Delivery times

• Peninsula: 1–4 business days.
• Balearic Islands: 2–6 business days.
  
• Europe, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 4-7 business days.

Currently, we do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla.

Order processing

Orders placed before 13:00h are prepared and handed over to the carrier on the same business day. Orders placed later are processed on the next business day.

• Free shipping on orders over €70
  
• International shipping (Europe, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla): €15.90 
  

Order tracking

Once your order leaves our facilities, you will receive an email with the tracking link. From there, you can check the status of your shipment in real time.

Delivery issues

If your order does not arrive within the estimated time or you detect any issues, please write to us at be@seroumskin.com, indicating your order number. We will review your case and provide a solution as soon as possible.
